How does ChaseSnake™ work?

Is ChaseSnake™ suitable for all cats?

Yes. It can be enjoyed by cats of different ages and activity levels, although every cat has their own personality and play style.

Does it move by itself?

Yes. ChaseSnake™ is designed to move automatically, creating changing movements that help keep your cat interested.

What surfaces does it work best on?

It works best on smooth, hard surfaces such as wooden, laminate or tiled floors. Performance may vary on thick carpets or uneven surfaces.

Is it rechargeable?

Yes. ChaseSnake™ is rechargeable, so you can simply charge it again when the battery runs low.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 days, depending on your location.

Can my cat play with it when I'm not home?

We recommend supervising your cat during play, especially when using the toy for the first time.

What if my cat doesn't like it?

Some cats may take a little time to get used to a new toy. Try introducing ChaseSnake™ gradually and allowing your cat to investigate it at their own pace.

Is ChaseSnake™ easy to clean?

Yes. Simply wipe the outside of the toy with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid fully submerging it in water.
